NOTE: YOUR PHOTOS and MUSIC: 1. Please number the back of your photographs using a Post-It Note to indicate the order that you’d like them to be displayed. 2. Place each set of photos (divided by song choice), in a Zip-Loc bag with the title of the song indicated for each (one song per bag). We recommend that you send your materials in a box to prevent damage. We also recommend that you send your items via USPS Priority Mail, insured and with tracking information. MUSIC: To send us your chosen music, simply send the CD(s)/USB with your order. Please make sure your music files are in MP3 or WAV format. However, if you would prefer We can purchase your requested music on your behalf for $1.49 per song. Please indicate below, which songs you would like us to purchase on your behalf:

Collect and organize the photos, slides and other materials you want in the slideshow. We'll do our best to include just about anything you want, regardless of the condition of the material, but please keep in mind that the better the quality of the photos and other materials you supply to us, the better the quality of the DVD will be. If a photo is too badly damaged and we're not able to use it, we’ll let you know beforehand. 1. Please number the back of your photographs to indicate the order that you’d like them to be displayed. Either mark the back of the photos very lightly using a pencil, or put a Post-It note on the back. Do NOT ever use a magic marker on the backs of photos! The marker can bleed through to the front of the photo and ruin it. 2. Place each set of photos (divided by song choice), in a Zip-Loc bag with the title of the song indicated for each (one song per bag). To send us your chosen music, simply send the CD(s)/USB with your order. Make sure your music files are in MP3 or WAV format. 3. For photos with captions, write the caption on a Post-It note and stick on the back of the photo, or on a separate sheet of paper.

DIGITAL PHOTOS: If your photos are digital, put them in the order you want by changing the file name of the photos to a number sequence (i.e: 001.jpg, 002.jpg, 003.jpg.) Two ways to get the photos to us: 1. Via a link we send you to our on-line file sharing site (www.dropbox.com). Photos can be uploaded to dropbox from your computer. Once you upload the files to dropbox, we can download them. 2. Burn/Add your files to a flash/thumb drive, DVD or CD and send it to us at the address in our contact section. If you have printed materials like newspaper articles, certificates, invitations, vows, etc., indicate where they go in the slideshow by writing on a Post-It note which photos they go between (for example..."it goes between photo 012 and 013"). Once you have all the materials, please do a final count of all the items.

PLEASE READ Disclaimer agreement: By submitting this order, I, the client, state that the tapes, discs, memory cards, negatives, music, photos and/or other materials submitted on this order are my personal property and I acknowledge and agree that Mario Luis Productions’ liability for any loss, damage or delay to said material during the requested service will be limited to the refund of amount paid for this service. Except for such refund, Mario Luis Productions or its agents shall not be liable for any other loss or damage, direct, consequential or incidental arising out of customer's use of Mario Luis Productions services. The undersigned and/or person making this order, hereby warrants that the photos, slides, music, film or video materials being presented to Mario Luis Productions for transfer are not to his/her knowledge protected by copyrights owned by another, or that if the material is protected the undersigned has obtained the permission of the copyright owner to make or have Mario Luis Productions make copies of the material, and that such permission is in written form and in the possession of the undersigned and/or person making this order. Any music purchased for you to use on your Slideshow DVD/USB will be deleted from our library after the Slideshow DVD/USB is complete. We will also use royalty-free music when available and appropriate. The undersigned and/or person making this order, hereby warrants that this order is to be used exclusively for private home use and will not be commercially distributed.  The undersigned and/or person making this order, will hold Mario Luis Productions harmless for any judgment costs, legal fees, or other expenses that might arise by the reason of any infringement of copyright related to this order.
