Photo / Video Pricing

One Price for All Events

Our Photo/Video Pricing and service is standard for all events and it includes everything mentioned above.

  • $140 -------- 1 Full Hour of Photos

    1 Full Hour of Photos using a DSLR Camera

  • $80 --------- each additional 30 Minutes of Photos

    If you only need 30 Minutes, no problem, let us know.

  • $175 -------- 1 Full Hour of Video *

    1 Full Hour of Video, includes editing the Video

  • $100 --------- each additional 30 Minutes of Video

    If you only need 30 Minutes, no problem, let us know.

Photos Price Include

  • 1 Full Hour of Photos
  • All photos taken are given to you in a USB / Flash Drive.
  • We will arrive 30 minutes before the event
  • 30 Rountrip miles included (see details below) *

Video Price will Provide You

  • All video taken is edited into a 30minute HD Video or 40Minute 1080p Video
  • We will arrive 30 minutes before the event
  • Video will be provided on a USB/Flash Drive
  • We'll do our best to capture each special moment in the time contracted

  • Get your video on a DVD for $45 extra. Chapters are added & Custom Cover is printed directly on DVD with a picture of your choice. Additional DVDs are $15 each.

Photo Session Special

1 Hour Only $320

If you would like to create a photo to display at your event, we will travel to a location of your choice (up to 30 miles roundtrip from Mario Luis office closest to the venue) and take photos of a wedding couple, or a Quinceañera, Sweet "16" or Cotillion. We will then enlarge, One (1) photo you choose, to a 16"x20" portrait and put it in a frame. *

*NOTES and Additional Information

  • Video Lenght can be longer than 40 minutes at the discretion of Mario Luis
  • Photo Frame is 16" x 20". Because of its size, May or May Not have a glass front. the frame will be chosen by Mario Luis Alabi. If client wants to choose the frame, it will cost extra.
  • Parking / Bridge Toll: if your event is taking place at a location without free parking and/or if there is a bridge toll, we ask that you validate or pay the parking and bridge toll
  • Travel Fees: Roundtrip (RT) miles included to Travel to & from the Event Venue are from Mario Luis office closest to the venue & specified in each package. Additional miles @ $1 per mile.
  • Overnight accommodations: may be required for a destination venue outside our normal service area, we will let you know when we give you the price quote.
  • Special requests: We will do our best to accomodate any special requests you may have and capture every significant moment of your special event in the time contracted.
