To comply with Copyright laws Mario Luis Productions only obtains music legally and requires that customers do the same (All music you send us will be returned to you when the DVD is completed). By submitting this order, I, the client, state that the tapes, discs, memory cards, negatives, music, photos and/or other materials submitted on this order are my personal property and I acknowledge and agree that Mario Luis Productions’ liability for any loss, damage or delay to said material during the requested service will be limited to the refund of amount paid for this service. Except for such refund, Mario Luis Productions or its agents shall not be liable for any other loss or damage, direct, consequential or incidental arising out of customer’s use of Mario Luis Productions services.

The undersigned and/or person making this order, hereby warrants that the photos, slides, music, film or video materials being presented to Mario Luis Productions for transfer are not to his/her knowledge protected by copyrights owned by another, or that if the material is protected the undersigned has obtained the permission of the copyright owner to make or have Mario Luis Productions make copies of the material, and that such permission is in written form and in the possession of the undersigned and/or person making this order. Any music purchased for you to use on your Slideshow DVD/USB will be deleted from our library after the Slideshow DVD/USB is complete. We will also use royalty-free music when available and appropriate.

The undersigned and/or person making this order, hereby warrants that this order is to be used exclusively for private home use and will not be commercially distributed.  The undersigned and/or person making this order, will hold Mario Luis Productions harmless for any judgment costs, legal fees, or other expenses that might arise by the reason of any infringement of copyright related to this order.
