- See Sample CD to see how the photo and music titles will be printed onto your personalized CD. For special events such as: Quinceañera, Sweet "16" or Cotillion we suggest having a baby picture and a picture with their dress added onto the CD.
- *Music CD: music will be provided by client. We can also purchase the music needed for the slide show on behalf of the client, for an additional cost. If CD is given it will have a custom front and music titles printed directly onto the CD.
- *Mix & Edit of Music Music will be provided by client. We can also purchase the music needed for the slide show on behalf of the client, for an additional cost. We wil edit and create a mix song. Client will need to provide the order of the song titles and the time of each song that client wants to use for the mix. Song mix is limited to the # of songs included in each package. (See music CD Add-on for additional detail information).
- *Photos for CD must be high resolution, at least 600dpi
- *We ship within the United States only. The term EXCLUDES the states of Alaska, Hawaii and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions such as Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands
- *Delivery Time: 3-8 business days (Varies by Destination). Shipping Carriers are responsible on the delivery time.

To comply with Copyright laws Mario Luis Productions only obtains music legally and requires that customers do the same (All music you send us will be returned to you when the DVD is completed). By submitting this order, I, the client, state that the tapes, discs, memory cards, negatives, music, photos and/or other materials submitted on this order are my personal property and I acknowledge and agree that Mario Luis Productions’ liability for any loss, damage or delay to said material during the requested service will be limited to the refund of amount paid for this service. Except for such refund, Mario Luis Productions or its agents shall not be liable for any other loss or damage, direct, consequential or incidental arising out of customer’s use of Mario Luis Productions services.
The undersigned and/or person making this order, hereby warrants that the photos, slides, music, film or video materials being presented to Mario Luis Productions for transfer are not to his/her knowledge protected by copyrights owned by another, or that if the material is protected the undersigned has obtained the permission of the copyright owner to make or have Mario Luis Productions make copies of the material, and that such permission is in written form and in the possession of the undersigned and/or person making this order. Any music purchased for you to use on your Slideshow DVD/USB will be deleted from our library after the Slideshow DVD/USB is complete. We will also use royalty-free music when available and appropriate.
The undersigned and/or person making this order, hereby warrants that this order is to be used exclusively for private home use and will not be commercially distributed. The undersigned and/or person making this order, will hold Mario Luis Productions harmless for any judgment costs, legal fees, or other expenses that might arise by the reason of any infringement of copyright related to this order.
