Mario Luis Alabi provides dance lessons designed for beginners. Our goal is to make you feel confident dancing at your special event i.e wedding or other special event such as: Quinceañera, Sweet “16” or Cotillion, by teaching you dance moves that are achievable and fun.
Mario Luis Alabi will work with you to create a choreography for your special dance, whether you would like to do a choreographed performance, or just feel comfortable with a few cool moves, we will help make this part of your special day. We can be available (even on short notice) at locations throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento.
Your Special Event is fast approaching? Although with a little more time we can work on a more elaborate dance (add patterns, spins, clear leading & following skills & give you a more confident look), If your special event is fast approaching you are only able to take a few lessons, no worries Whether you want a traditional song or a song that’s more unique you will have the opportunity to learn a few basic steps and a simple entrance and ending . Tips to make the best of your Dance Lessons
- Don’t wait until the last minute • Remember that the schedule will get very hectic as your Special Event day approaches
- Ideally, you would plan for one lesson per week or every other week, so it’s best to start three to five months prior to your special event
- Consider factors that can interrupt lessons such as family emergencies, sickness, work trips, and other social engagements
- Be patient when learning • Dancing is a great stress reliever, and fun, don’t put too much pressure on yourself or your partner
- Don’t try to teach others, ask questions • Everyone will have a lot more fun dancing if you let your instructor do the teaching & clarify steps
- Practice in the right shoes • Wear shoes to your lessons that are similar to the ones you’ll be wearing on the special day
- Be On-Time • Be consistent with your appointments
- Be focused • to get the most from your lessons
- The dancing shouldn’t stop after your class is done, get the most out of every lesson by scheduling time to practice on your own
All of our Dance Classes are by appointment & include the following:
- Free • No-Obligation 30 Minutes Initial Consultation
- All of our classes are 1 full hour (60minutes)
- Bilingual Classes if requested (Spanish / English) at no additional charge
- Instructor will Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your class start time
- We come to you • *Up to 30 Miles Roundtrip travel to your selected location. $1 for each additional mile
- Taxes included • We pay the taxes for you
- An everyday package price for all occasions - No Hidden Fees

- Class Start Time: Classes will start on time, client will be responsible to ensure eveyone is there at the start of the class. Wait or idle time will be counted as class time.
- Parking / Bridge Toll: if your event or class is taking place at a location without free parking and/or if there is a bridge toll, we ask that you validate or pay the parking and bridge toll
- Travel Fees: Roundtrip (RT) miles included to Travel to & from the Event/Class are from the office closes to the venue and specified in each package. Additional miles @ $1 per mile.

Group Lessons allow you to learn with your friends or family. Perfect for wedding parties, ideal for school events or any other special events.
Make it Fun by mixing some Salsa with a touch of Merengue or Bachata!! We can do include a combination of partner work and “shines” (solo steps).
